FAQ

Yes, you can cancel up to 48 hours before the check-in date for a partial refund. Please review our full policy during checkout.

For the safety of all guests, we require proof of Rabies, Distemper, and Parvovirus for dogs, and Feline Distemper for cats.

The remaining 50% will be settled at our facility during drop-off or pick-up.

Yes. Please bring your pet’s medicines into their original packaging with a readable label. Inform our staff about the time and frequency of the doses. A $5 daily administration fee will be applied to your account.

No. Our facilities have artificial grass to prevent your pet from getting dirty with mud during their stay. The bathroom is optional and of your choice.

Yes. You can bring up to two toys for your pet to play and stay in their suite. You can also bring a comfort item, like your favorite blanket. Keep in mind that we are not responsible for the status of your pet’s belongings if they break or dirty in any way. Please do not bring dishes for food or water, or beds, as we provide them in our facilities.

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We do not accept CareCredit or checks.

Since we are a small boutique resort, we reserve the right to transfer your pet to a minor accommodation or a clinic if we are not available. However, we understand that plans can change and will do our best to adapt.

If your pet experiences a medical emergency, he or she will be transferred to the Doral Centre Animal Hospital, where he or she will receive immediate medical attention. Our staff will try to reach you or your emergency contact immediately. You will be responsible for any expenses incurred due to the hospitalization of your pet, and you agree to exempt us from liability if any medical illness or emergency arises during your stay at Pet Vill Inn.

During bad weather emergencies, such as hurricanes, we are required to keep personnel in our facilities to care for and protect your pets, incurring electrical generator and other emergency supplies. For this reason, we will apply a holiday surcharge of $12 per day to cover these operating costs.

We do not host pets with aggressive behavior towards humans, nor pets with epilepsy conditions or diabetes.
