Health, Safety & Admission Requirements

To guarantee a safe environment for all our guests, please review our boarding policies before booking.

• All guests must be fully vaccinated. We require proof of Rabies, Distemper, and Parvovirus for dogs, and Feline Distemper for cats. Internal and external deworming is also strictly required.

Please bring an identification collar and your pet’s food in a hermetic, labeled container. Let us know if your pet has any specific allergies!

If your dog requires medication or special medical treatment during their stay, our trained staff can administer it for an additional cost of just $5 per night.

For the health and safety of our entire Petville family, we cannot accept dogs with eye or ear infections, or pets with fleas or ticks.

DAILY SCHEDULE

  • 7:00 am – Breakfast : Balanced meal and fresh water to start the day with energy.
  • 8:00 am — Walk & Playtime: Outdoor wlak and supervised playtime.
  • 12:00 pm — Lunch (optional): For pups that have a second meal during the day.
  • 1:00 pm — Nap / Relax Time: Rest in cool cozy areas with relaxing music.
  • 5:00 pm – Afternoon Walk: Supervised outdoor time to release energy.
  • 6:00 pm – Dinner: Nutritious meal and fresh water.
  • 8:00 pm — Good Night: Dimmed lights and a calm environment for a restful sleep.
